COURSE DESCRIPTION
Business Partner B1 is chosen by learners who wish to communicate more effectively in their workplace or find a job in an international environment. The course enables them to improve their English as it is used in the workplace, but also to develop the skills they need for the international communication. The flexible structure of the course makes it ideal for different individual priorities and amounts of study time.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Balanced improvement of both English and the communication skills related to a 0number of everyday work situations
- Awareness of different communication styles and strategies, especially when working across cultures
- Start using English with confidence and without anxiety about one’s language ability
- Understanding authentic texts of different formats and types; developing reading comprehension skills needed in typical work scenarios
- Using professional vocabulary with confidence, both in written and spoken interaction
- Practising functional business skills such as presentations, negotiations, building relationships and small talk.
CERTIFICATION
Business partner prepares candidates for business English exams such as Cambridge BEC, BULATS, LCCI and PTE Professional. For each of the levels A2-C1, there is the corresponding IBTS Certificate integrated into the course.
